How many of us wait impatiently for our ‘reason to be’ to show itself? I used to think everybody had a divine purpose, and mine would, one day, become clear. When what I was meant to do in life, my calling, tumbled from the sky, everything would fall into place, and my life would take off. Or so I imagined.

But it’s more likely we choose our purpose. We decide what to pour most of our energy into and constantly redefine our dreams, goals, and what provides us with meaning. What we pay attention to becomes the most prominent part of our existence.

It’s important to note there’s no point sitting on your haunches, imagining you’ll enjoy a sudden influx of heavenly talent, be recognized by the world, or stumble upon a fantastic gift you didn’t know the angels gave you.

You were already complete when you were born. Your completeness includes possibility, and it’s in this realm of potential you will uncover what you can turn into your purpose.

Doubtless, you’ve been enacting your purpose all along, even though you were unaware. Not a day’s gone by when it wasn’t by your side or active in some way since it is what you are and…
