To do lists are helpful, I agree. I include stress control to increase productivity too. When anxious about health, change of lifestyle, and worry about loved ones and the future are added up, we’re under lots of pressure. The weight slows us down. So, we might have extra time, but not the energy or inclination to act.
My favs are brainwave entrainment, meditation, nature, music breaks, and playing with my dog! Five mins when you are sluggish might perk you up.
