The Elusive I (Who You Are)

You are what remains when all else is gone

What would our experience be if the movie of life ceased to run on our screens for a few moments?

Would it be like the gap experienced between breaths? The second or two after breathing in before we breathe out?

Perhaps, we might realize we exist even when the film isn’t playing.

Maybe, we would reach for the ‘I’ that remains alive, when what we thought existed isn’t operating, and discover who we really are.
