The Brilliance of Not Minding Your Thoughts
My journey to a less troubled mind
What’s the biggest cause of stress in your life? You might think it’s your job, finances, or relationships. Then again, you may consider the largest stressors to be your thoughts.
You’re on the right track if the latter rings true.
But it’s not thoughts themselves that are a problem. It’s judging them as a cause for concern.

Thoughts of my ineptitude and our ridiculous situation flooded my head.
I clambered out of the car to assess the predicament.
“I don’t think it’s damaged,” I told Gran, trying to be positive.
