Thanks Harley King, either. Both. Studies show our memories are often not entirely factual. In fact, if we don’t embark on emotional growth and understanding after an event we deem negative, we are likely to add unhelpful details, like emphasizing fearful events (unconsciously) to justify our emotions.

When I learned about this while training, (mental health, counseling, NLP and hypnotherapy), I understood perspective and emotional intelligence colors everything.

Like your wife, I have lucid dreams in which I take control. Mine arrive in clusters, though, rather than all the time. I’ve written about the topic here.
