Many people find it hard to meditate because they must sit still too, but they don’t mind laziness :) I can imagine the competition’s pretty difficult. Not being able to do anything might make me want to fidget! You are right though Agnes, it is important to be able to do nothing. If you can quiet your mind and body, you can find healing peace.
