Leave your happiness to chance, and you’re in for a rough ride. Circumstances outside your control will send your emotional wellness up and down, and you’ll sink into the ocean of gloom repeatedly. Sometimes the waves you meet will be small. The sea might even be placid. At others, though, you’ll be tossed about on crashing great whitecaps and dropped from their peaks into the murky depths.
You have no control — or very little — over the events you meet in life. They may be favorable, and you’ll feel lucky. They might, however, be detrimental and leave you floundering in their wake. That is unless you get the hang of being at the helm of your existence. You can steer your emotional well-being through the trickiest of storms once you recognize you are powerful enough.
Until you understand you are in control, the world will control you. There’s no getting away from it; relationship upheavals and dramas will absorb you. Anything and everything can upset you. So how can you get to grips with your power?
