kurt gasbarra, yes, me too! That’s not what I meant exactly. I refer to ‘not judging’ in order to stop building your own suffering, not to let injustice go by the wayside.

For instance, if you entertain angry thoughts when stuck in traffic because you’d rather be somewhere else, you suffer unnecessarily. It’ s your thoughts that make the event seem bad.

You can, however, do something like find a different route, somewhere to turn off the busy road. So, you can still change the situation. You just need not wind yourself up emotionally and get in a dither!
