I guess it depends on the circumstances and individual Tom. Studies show having a purpose does a lot for people, including boosting immunity and wellbeing. Happiness might create purpose. Or it may reduce the incentive to 'do.' Is happiness itself a purpose? Could be! Thanks for engaging Tom.
