Hello Mrs C! Thanks, and yes, I agree with you. The idea isn’t to try and be someone else, it’s to not spend too long navel gazing. I’ve always been into self-discovery, but you can spend eons delving into the abyss and forget to be proactive and work toward your dreams.
It’s important to recognize you’re a spiritual being having a physical experience rather than the other way around; that’s who you are. Once you know that, go create a darn good existence instead of getting stuck in seeking who you are in books and theories. That’s the gist of the message :)
